Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

Due to the digital nature of our products and services (including downloadable software, video training, and access to the marketing system), all sales are final unless otherwise specified. However, we stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your original purchase, provided you have actively engaged with the system and can demonstrate proof of participation.

2. Subscription Cancellations

For recurring subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at admin@videopoweredmarketingsystem.com. Please note: Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent month. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the system for the remainder of your current paid billing cycle.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at admin@videopoweredmarketingsystem.com with the subject line: “Refund Request.” Please include your full name, purchase date, and reason for the refund. All requests are reviewed manually. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

4. Chargebacks

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you initiate a chargeback on your credit card without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
